For your convenience, our pharmacy accepts valid prescriptions several ways. Please select the option that is best for you:
- You can call us at 800.850.9122 to submit a prescription for a patient. Or, you can fax the prescription to us at 800.218.3221. You can also electronically send us your prescription.
- A prescription can be transferred from another pharmacy. A patient just needs to call us at 800.850.9122 with the name and telephone number of their current pharmacy, as well as your contact information, and we’ll handle the rest.
- Patients can also ask one of our pharmacists to contact you to obtain their prescription.
We recommend that you send us the patient’s prescription as soon as possible, so that we have time to review their insurance coverage, fully investigate all reimbursement options and complete the necessary paperwork, so your patients can start treatment on time.
